We’ve spent the past 6 years searching for good, ethically produced charcuterie and when we came across Trealy Farm we hit the nail on the head.

Gorgeous, flavoursome charcuterie all made right here in the UK combining innovation with traditional artisan methods and the finest ingredients, always using ethically sourced British meats.

Cheeses in the box

Rachel - Semi firm Goats cheese, with a lightly washed rind & subtle, sweet, nutty lingering flavours.

Baron Bigod - A creamy, white, nutty-rind cheese. The only raw milk, Brie style cheese made in the UK. Smooth, silky, golden breakdown which oozes out over a delicate centre.

Starnachas - Officially the best cheese in the world 3 times, what more to say? This cheese is nutty, sweet and robust. Not to mention incredibly moreish.

Care Instructions

Cheese is shipped in specially designed, insulated packaging but requires refrigeration as soon after delivery as possible to keep it fresh & tasty. Leave your cheese wrapped in the wax paper it is sent in until you're ready to enjoy it, any leftovers can be wrapped in the wax paper or cling filmed and stored in the fridge. All meat products will have a 'Best Before' date to adhere too.
